This event brings all aspects of the music industry to your team event. Teams will battle against each other to reach the top of the pops but they must master all aspects of the music industry to do so. The event is run as a team building exercise promoting group interaction and the achievement of targets and goals. The theme of the event can be continued in a form of evening entertainment, with performances from the artists, the show casing of the music videos and a glamorous awards ceremony.The record industry has many fun and engaging aspects which are great for teams to experience, it also has a hard competitive business edge for teams to master. Each team must unite and bring together aspects of business, marketing, design and sales to succeed in the charts. The aim for each team is to promote and mould an artist in to chart topping success .
Day time, team activities
Choosing The Right Act to Market - Make your choice and bid (literally) for the artist that you want to work with.
Marketing the Act - Image, style, costumes and branding - each team will mould their act in to a marketable masterpiece.
Pop video - This team activity involves you and your team producing a pop video. Teams must produce and edit and maybe even star in their own videos. We will provide the props and the expertise to help you on your way.
Instruments and music making - We give you the materials and you make means to make some killer beats. Teams must produce the drums, guitars, strings and any other instruments you need and demonstrate your abilities.
Final Performance - Teams will be judged on the quality of their artist, video, branding and performance by the audience and the nasty judges, can you handle the pressure?
Evening entertainment and Awards
A well suited final to the event is a continuation of the fun and excitement as a form of evening entertainment. After your evening meal we can provide a fun music quiz, followed by glamorous performances from each of the artists and a showcase of the team’s videos.
The evening can then be rounded off with an awards ceremony outlining the days achievements. Please enquire for further details.
