This This team building event is one for the preservation of our future and one that should be at the forefront of every person and companies conscience. This event tests teams knowledge and ideas relevant to climate change and more importantly, the mitigation of it.

Each teams job, will be to reduce the impact of climatic change, in our fragile and ever changing ecosystem. The effectiveness of the teams mitigation will effect the damage on the world and businesses from climate exchange.

Each team will be allocated a company to manage and control, each of these companies has dependencies on certain resources, all of which directly effect the environment in one way or another.

The event is run over the course of 10 years, which will be played out on our incredibly high tech computer software. The computer program will simulate changes to the environment and also plot each companies performance. It is the teams job to reduce the impact of climate change but still consider productivity and the future of the company.
