Race Night Services

The Events House offer two different Race Night services.

1) Whacky Races Race Night - This is the Franckie Dettori Of Race Nights - A fresh and exciting event for all your guests.

2) Charity Fundraiser - Race Night with style and pizzaz as you’ve never seen before, all for a good cause.



             
Whacky Races Race Night
Welcome to The Events House 'Wacky Races Race Night'. Your night at the races will comprise of a medley of themed racing action. A sample of races that you will find includes: Pig Races, Dog Races and the ever popular Horse Races. We shall also throw in some other unusual betting rounds all with that Events House touch. All the action takes place in our themed paddock race area that includes a giant 6ft x 4ft screen that is suitable in size for most venues. We also bring our themed betting area with our Tote staff trained to take your tokens.

This Race Night does not involve charity fundraising, fun tokens are used as betting currency. The event can be run as a team event or on an individual basis. As a team event, the team will have a number of choices and plans to formulate, whether it be group better, risk the lot or calculated actions, its up to you. The team with the most dosh at the end of the night shall win.
Charity Fund Raiser
This fun filled Race Night event is a full furlong ahead of the pack. The Events House will provide all the glitz and glamour of the Whacky Races Race Night, but the format of the event is geared up for raising money for your chosen charity. The format of the charity event will be shown to you and the methods of maximising your money, whilst having a lot of fun will be explained. The cost of the event can be taken from the evenings earnings, therefore, the event will be run at no cost to you and your charity. You will only see a great return!!

For this event you are expected to provide your own Tote sellers, to take money and deal with the ticket sales (our staff will not have any part of the Tote). If you have equipment available for use then the cost can be reduced further.
