In 2012 we had a massive EH highlight. This was to produce a Game Show for the incredible Roy Walker to present. The show was in London for Link Laters. What an event it was, we produced the show and some of the amazing props for the event. Mr Walker was the absolute star of the show!
Last year we ran a brilliant 'Outdoor Krypton Maze' for the HQ team at Nandos. The event was fiercely competitive and energetic and the delegates thrived in the variety of challenges that we offer. This event has litterally something for everybody and is inclusive to all.
SSE Contracting held a dinner in May for 120 of their members. They asked us to provide an innovative teambuilding event for them that would get people thinking. We suggested our Scrap Yard Challenge with a slight twist - half the room had to design a catapult and the other half a dragster.
The evening was a raukus sucess and eveyone got well into the swing of things.
We provided one of our long standing clients with our Indoor Laser Shooting Simulator, Manx Motorbikes and Casino Tables for thier Christmas Party. The event was held at the fantastic Hilton London Canary Wharf for 100 guests.
The feedback from the evening - "The team on Friday were great as always... First time we've hired the shooting game but that went down really well, all the guests loved it and had a great time so thank you to all involved!"
We provided a Fun Casino evening for our repeat client the Riviera Maritime Media Ltd. Over 400 guests attended the evening at the fantastic Millennium Gloucester Hotel in Kensington, London.
The night was a great success with the Casino adding to the glamour of the companies gala dinner and awards ceremony.
This summer we were responsible for arranging The Stag Brewery's, part of the AB InBev group, International Family Fun Day for over 200 of their staff and families.
We took full event management of the day providing a 24ft fully lined Marquee seating 230 people, a Hog Roast and BBQ followed by Ice Creams, various Inflatables from an Inflatable Human Football to a Rodeo Bull and Activity Centre, Giant Skittle Alley, Mini Golf, Giant Scalextric, 2 Wii's with screens, Giant Garden Games, a Disco followed by a Live Band, International Theming throughout the site, a Luxury Toilet Unit and a Photographer to capture the day for the families.
The feedback was that everyone had a great day and even the sun decided to shine!
In June we recieved an anquiry from DHL to provide a simulator for an event which was close in location and date to the British Grand Prix. We had the pod wrapped and branded for the event, which looks out of this world! We provided both the pod and the scalextric for the clinet and a great night was had by all.
In 2008, we planning one of our biggest private fun days to date. The event was held on site @ Mini Plant in Oxford.
We provided Event Managment, Marquees, Food, Entertainment, Street Acts, Staging, Bands, Children acts and more.
The weather forcast looked precarious, but on the day it turned out to be beautiful! The crowds turned out as planned and the fun day started. The staff at the plant had organised a variety of internal activities which were excellent, these included T shirt making and Factory tours.
Every single activity that we provided was busy throughout the day and the food went dow a storm.
The event was a great success and one that we will always remember. Thanks BMW Oxford.
We followed the sucess of this event with a number of events at the plant and also a number of Family Fun Days @ Hams Hall.
Our client was after some entertainment for their Company Birthday Party, in Doncaster, so we recommended our Interactive Quiz. We decided to run the quiz after their gala dinner had finished, which worked perfectly.
Our brief was to put on an event for 100 of GPH's staff and customers in Inverurie, Scotland. They wanted it to be a night to remember and our Millionaire by Midnight event certainly didn't disappoint! We provided 2 F1 Pods, Laser Shooting, a Snow Boarding Simulator, Giant Scalextrics, Buzzwire, Crazy Golf, Darts and a Shuffle Board. All the guests were given specially branded GPH fun money at the start of the night. Our host then set the guests the challenge of making the most amount of money by the end of the night. With an all expenses paid trip to London for two as the grand prize there was a lot to play for. In order to increase their wonga guests had to set wagers on the games - the amount of the wager was up to the guests to agree - winner taking all. During the second half of the evening the Black Jack, Roulette and Poker tables opened alongside the games. The evening drew to a close with a winners presentation. The winning couple won the event having accumulated over £500,000 - not bad for evening of gambling!

We provided our Package 2 which included 2 Casino Tables (Blackjack and Roulette), Great Giant Games Pack and Giant Scalextric for a Christmas Party at the fantastic Paramount in London. The evening was a great success! The client had this to say... "Just wanted to say thank you very much for last night, please can you thank all of the guys working they were really helpful and great setting up etc. All the guests loved it! I will hopefully be booking more next year!"
We provided one of our clients with a Wacky Races Race Night for their staff party in Manchester. To make the evening seem like a day at the races we used our picket fence, themed tote area, betting slips, fun money and a compere. We not only had horse racing but added in a few wacky races! The client had a great evening "Just wanted to say a big thanks to you and especially Josh and the two guys for last night! We all had a great night!".
One of our clients approached us again this year to provide a team building activity during their annual conference, in the past we have supplied them with a great deal of fun from an Apprentice Trader event to a School Sports Day complete with sumo suits!
This year we put together a bespoke Treasure Hunt around Bournemouth for the company. We didn't want to simply offer a standard Treasure Hunt so instead whilst teams made their way around the map they had extra tasks to do. These tasks ranged from recreating a Baywatch scene and busking in the town centre to building the largest and funniest sandcastle and breakdancing in front of public. After all of the treasure hunt packs were collected we edited the videos and photos from the day and presented them, along with the winning team, at the evening dinner. The day was a great success!
We work at Shopping Centres across the UK to provide them with fun activities for both adults and children - our Cycling Simulators work particulary well for this.
We provided both of the simulators for a whole weekend at The Ridings Shopping Centre. To add a level of competition amongst the public we kept a score board of the fastest lap time and highest speed.
Our client came to us requesting a high impact, fun evening for their senior staff and Chief Excutives. We put together a first-class package full of games and entertainment, alongside an informal dinner. The games and entertainment package included 4 Half F1 Pods, Giant Scalextric, Golf Simulator, Wii Ski, Table Football, Casino Tables, a Magician and String Quartet.
The event was a great success with this feedback from our client "The night was fantastic!!! Really good!!! Great team on duty! All very helpful and polite! Great quartet and great magician! All worked well! THANK YOU!"
One of our clients challenged us to provide a different and exciting Christmas Party activity so we proposed, and secured, our Christmas Game Show Down evening for them. We hosted the evening and provided 6 of our fantastic rounds: Buzzcocks Music Round, Phrase Catch, Who Wants to be a Christmas-aire, Paly Your Cards Nice, Christmas Weakest Link and Bullseye. To add to the fun we had all of the teams dress determined by sily hats such as Pirates, Sailors and Gangsters.

In January we put together a Pub Games evening for Whitbread in Manchester. The event consisted of a selection of our Pub Games - Giant Skittles, Table Football, Air Hockey, Darts, Giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Quoits - and a Pub Quiz. The quiz was a mixture of general knowledge, sporting, music, pop culture, comedy, film and puzzle rounds plus a bespoke company round.
There were 65 guests taking part in the evening, which we split into 8 teams. The aim of the event was to challenge opposing teams to the different pub challenges working as both a team and on individual merit. To ensure maximum game play and involvement in the evening we decided to firstly open the Pub Games for two hours prior to their evening meal, then once the guests had been served their main course we started the Pub Quiz, this was followed by the guests having more time on the pub games until the evening closed at 11pm. At the end of the evening all of the scores from the Pub Games and Quiz were compiled and the winning team announced. The evening worked perfectly with everyone enjoying themselves and spending time networking with their colleagues in a relaxed environment.
SAS and Company asked us for team building ideas for their annual conference which was taking place at the fantastic Northop Hall Hotel near Chester. They wanted two activities on both afternoons of their event to keep everyone entertained and refreshed. Taking the onsite grounds at the hotel into consideration we proposed, and secured, a School Sports Day for day one and our Apprentice Trader event for day two.
We split the group into three teams and kept these for both challenges. The School Sports day was full of traditional races such as egg and spoon, relay and sack races plus we added on Sumo Suits to make the event even more memorable. For the Apprentice Trader we had the teams create a company, pitch their product ideas and then create an advert. We've been doing this a long time and their adverts were some of the funniest we've ever seen!
All in all both activities were a great success and we have since worked with SAS and Company on more of their events.
One of the great ways to theme a Family Fun Day is 'Around the World'. We provided this for one of our client and what they particularly enjoyed was the Drumming Workshop which we placed in the Africa and Asia area of the fun day. Everyone got involved, from adults to children, and learnt how to play the drums individually and then as a whole group. This proves that the Drumming Workshop is a versatile activity.
We have provided BAT for the second year in a row with some great olympic style games, the event was held in the evening after an intentsive conference during the day. We supplied our Cycling Simulator, Wii Snowboard, Batak Pro, Curling, Biathlon, Table Tennis, Wii Archery and Table Football for 25 guests, along with team tshirts in olympic colours, flags and bunting and medals for the winning team. Had some great feedback from the client and look forward to working with them again in the future...
"Monday night's event was a great success! Many of the delegates were pretty tired after such long haul flights on the weekend so we had a few guys sloping off before the end of the night but this did not detract from the fun that the remaining guys had.
Josh was excellent in running the Event, very professional and kept all the teams engaged in the games throughout, all the team were very well drilled and instruction on each game were clear and simple so did not take up a great amount of time explaining.

We ran a sports day for 60 delegates from American Express in Battersea Park, London. The event had a mixture of mental and physical challenges, and ended with the incredible Tug of War.
This team building challenge was for the team to get to know each other and have a fun and competitive day out. The weather was even kind for us. As per all our outdoor events, we did have an indoor option available which was not required.
We ran a brilliant GP themed event at the Belfry in the Midlands for 120 GSK employees. We had the full sized F1 car as a Pit Stop challenge which had a selection of GSK's brands and logos on the car, 6 player head to head driving simulators, giant 8 lane scalextric and also the brlliant Batak.
We ran the event with a structured team element and scored the event as though each team was taking part in a full Formula One race.
This event is our flag ship team building event.
Recently we have run this Team Building Event event for Axa insurance for over 110 delegates in London for SSE Consulting for 30 Delegates in Cheshire and 60 delegates at Network Rail.
The event is unique to The Events House and offers a great mix of presentations, stratergy and creativity.

At the Shell Gym in London, we ran one of our larger UK indoor games events that we have ever done. We provided a Golf Simulator, Indoor Shooting, Indoor Archery, Scalextric, Batak, Several Wii's, 4 x F-One Pods and 4 x Game Racers. We provided score boards and staff for each activity.
We received feedback from the event before the guys even got back from London and it was one of our best reported feedbacks to date.
In 2010 we put on the national awards for the Honda Powerboats series. The awards were held in a quite basic hotel in Maidenhead. Our brief was to transform the room as much as we can, with as little budget as possible.
We provided:
A Stage and Full Audio Visual Set, Star Cloth, Band, Table Centres, Linen, Projected Theming, Awards Production and some of our amazing big boys toys!
Always a classic theme for an event as it offers great theming and entertainment options for clients. We have run more than 30 bond events over our years.We couple great theming, table centres, entertainment (music and stunt shows) and games. Our clients have includes HBOS, HMS Excellent, Assura Medical and Enterprise.
During the month of March we coordinated 11 events in 11 locations over 3 weekends. We were promoting the new Sky F1 channel with our linked head to head driving simulators. We 3D'd the stand design and took care of the backdrop printing. The roadshow was executed brilliantly and we had a lot of happy customers.
The brief was to create a family fun day for 400 people in Newcastle. The event was a great success and really showcased what we at can offer to suit a all ages.
We provided all of the entertainment and activities which consisted of a climbing wall, face painters, kids entertainers, carnival stalls, giant chess, kerplunk, connect 4 and Jenga, a crazy golf course, giant 8 lane scalextric, twin F1 simulator, trampolines, bouncy castle, laser maze, and penalty shoot out.
For lunch we arranged a BBQ for all 400. Furthermore, in order to cater for everyone's sweet tooth, we provided an ice cream van, a candy floss and donut cart. We really enjoyed running this family fun day, and in return received great feedback.
McDonald's approached us to run a School Sports Day in Epping Forest for seven of their branches. The inter branch rivalry was stong with teams competing against each other in classic track and field events. The finale was a knockout tournament of giant table football.
Westfield branch were overall winners this year and walked away with the trophey!
In the month of March we ran a Slot Car event at a number of destinations in Saudi for Sony on a shopping centre promotion. The event was successful and a new logistical challenge for us.
With 30 delegates in June 2012, Ski World wanted a fast pased and fun competition. Scalextric was the perfect solution. We ran a series of team championship races at their offices in London and eventually whittled down to a top team for the event. We also ran an individual competition for the fastest race time of the day and displayed this on our magnetic scoreboard.
In June/July 2012, we will have our full sized car at the Tag stand for the second year in a row. This year, we are having the car finished in an incredible chrome wrap, which is something we have never done before. The car will hopefully make the desired impression as it clearly did last year. The car will be run as a simulator rarther than a pit stop.
We recently upgraded our helicopter to a tripple screen display and near proffesional controls. This client in May 2012 was the first to experience the new and infinately improved helicopter simulator. We branded the external of the helicopter for the event and we even did a 3d design of the stand to show how the helicopter would look at the event.
Many of you will have seen the incredible Audi Centre on the way in to London on the M4. We ran a brilliant racing event with Scalextric, 4 x Player Linked Racing Simulators and the incredible Batak. This event was May 2012. We also ran a large number of events at Watford Audi wth the 2 player driving simulator, branded as Audi cars.
We ran a superb pub games event for BMW at the Mini Plant. We made the games look incredible with some new LED Parcan lights. The pub games are well tested classic games, and the event was a great mixture of these brilliant games.
We are the preferred supplier to F1 Fanzone, which offer the viewing of the currently F1 race, within the city of origin.
The Fanzone's are a free event open to the public, showcasing the incredible spectacle that is Formula 1. We design the event in 3D prior to the event and source the games and equipment. We provide often have to send our incredible games and event stock to the various location. The events see a footfall of hundreds of thousands throughout the events.
They are incredibly high profile and only the best will do. We have run these events in Abu Dhabi, Monaco and we are set to run them in Venezuela, America and more in 2013.
These event showcase our ability to manage and produce an event from start to finish and produce an event up to the incredibly high standards that the clients and sponsors demand.
Siemens got in touch with us and asked if we could put on a team building event for 120 people. They wanted something memeorable, that challenged their staff both mentally and physically. We proposed our F1 challenge and built on the racing theme by incorporating 4 driver simuations and our Giant Scalextric.
The event was a great success and met and exceeded Siemens expectations - being widely talked about after.
Last year in 2011 we produced a large show for the team at Virgin Money in Norwich. The event was for over 200 delegates. We used our interactive controllers and superb show to entertain them for a few hours in the afternoon. It was incredibly well recieved by all the contestants and a great deal of fun to host!
The Game Show for the TV producers! This was a seriously nerve racking afair, running a game show down for industry proffesionals! It was a small audience of 25 - 30 delegates and we had a riot. The event was held at the Bafta Building in London. I thought i was going to be replacing Vernon on Family Fortunes after that, Im still waiting for the call!
In December 2011 we put on a Hollywood themed event in a beautiful hotel in the depths of the Cotswolds.
We provided Fun Casino Tables, Projected Theming, Red Carpet Entrance, Table Centre Pieces and Life Sized Cutouts. The guests got in to the swing of things and the event was a huge success.
Throughout 2012 and 2013 we have been helping Finegreen Ascociates on their exhibitions. They have been nationwide on a veriety of dates, all run with great success. Another happy client!
